We ship from within the US.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we always try to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request to change/cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. You can return your order for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the following day after the order processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders may take 3-7 days to arrive.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 15 days of shipment, you can get a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars, which means you may have to pay import duties and taxes upon receipt of the goods. Import duties, taxes and other related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be paid by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities in your country. What if the item I received is faulty/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you receive an incorrect, missing and/or defective item. Please provide your order number, product photos and all relevant information upon receipt. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be credited to your account. If you have not received a credit for your return, here is what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
